     A male was killed, and 32 residential houses were burned down in a reckless attack carried out by so-called PDF terrorists, using improvised rockets, improvised mortars and small arms, in addition to a killing and arson attack on a Village where innocent civilian reside in Shwebo Township, Sagaing Region.
     The incident happened that, on 5 July at 06:30 AM, while security personnel were carrying out security measures in Kutosate Village of Shwebo Township, Sagaing Region, a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) launched an attack using improvised rockets and improvised mortars from Muyoekone Village of Depayin Township approximately one mile southwest of Kutosate Village. Then, the terrorists entered into the Village, and opened fire small arms. In response, the security personnel retaliated, causing the terrorists to retreat. Upon inspection of the scene, it was discovered that 32 residential houses had been destroyed by fire as a result of the terrorists' reckless killing and arson. Additionally, U Tin Thein, 80 years old (Father) U Paing, who lived in this Village, was killed due to gunfire and burn injuries, it is reported.
     Security personnel are investigating the incident to take punitive action against terrorists who recklessly attacked with improvised rockets, improvised mortars and small arms, in addition to a killing and arson attack on a Village where innocent civilians reside, as soonest in accordance with the law and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
