In regions and states, insurgent groups supporting terrorism and so-called PDF terrorist groups have been carrying out terrorist acts by detonating roads and bridges, as well as dropping bombs and firing heavy arms on the non-military targets, such as Ward and Villages where innocent civilians reside.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 19 June at 05:10 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number – under scrutiny) recklessly launched an attack using a drone, dropping a bomb towards Aungmingalar Ward in Ye-U Township, Sagaing Region. The attack originated from Thayetpin Village, located on the other side of the Mu River. The dropped bomb detonated upon landing in front of the house belonging to U Maung Soe, 30 years old (Father) U Tun, who lives in this village. The explosion resulted in damage to three zinc roofs of U Maung Soe’s house, it is reported.
Security personnel are investigating the incident to take punitive action against terrorists who recklessly attacked with drop bomb using drone towards a Ward where innocent civilians reside, as soonest in accordance with the law and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
