Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 5 November at 05:50 PM, according to the report that a male individual with a bomb shrapnel injury arrived at the Mandalay Public Hospital. Security personnel went to the hospital and conducted an inspection. Upon inspection, U Aung Soe (42 years old), who lives in Saipyin Town of Depayin Township in Sagaing Region, was found with a bomb shrapnel injury to his forehead. The incident was verified that, while he was present in his home at 04:00 AM, a mortar shell fired by so-called PDF terrorists had landed and exploded near his house, causing him to sustain the aforementioned injury, it is reported.
Security personnel are investigating the incident to take punitive action against terrorists who attacked recklessly with heavy weapons onto a Ward where innocent civilians reside, causing an innocent civilian to sustain injury, as soonest in accordance with the law and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
