An innocent civilian was injured, while some buildings were damaged due to reckless improvised rockets attack and drop bombs attack using drones carried out by KIA members who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists on Villages and Wards in some Townships

     In States and Regions, insurgent groups supporting terrorism and so-called PDF terrorist groups have been carrying out terrorist acts against non-military targets. These acts include detonating dropping bombs, using improvised mortars, and setting fire to residential houses in areas where innocent civilians reside, such as wards and villages.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 6 September at 11:15 AM, KIA members who support terrorism and a so-called PDF terrorist group launched an attack by dropping bombs using drones on the Township General Administration Office in No. (4) Ward of Shweku Township in Kachin State. The attack originated from Tawmakone Village, approximately one mile south of the office, and continued until 11:40 AM. Two drop bombs landed and exploded on the office building, while one drop bomb detonated in front of the entrance of the office compound. Another drop bomb exploded within a park approximately 30 feet east of the office compound. As a result of the explosions, 20 zinc roofs, 10 ceilings and 8 window glasses of the office meeting room were damaged, while 33 zinc roofs, 17 ceilings, four window glasses and 10 rafters/purlins of an office room located on the left side of the west of the office portico were damaged. Additionally, Daw Win Theingi Kyaw (19 years old) who lives in Thayetkone Village of Shweku Township and who happened to be near the incident, sustained injuries from bomb shrapnel and was transported to the Shweku Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 05:40 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group launched improvised rockets attack towards Wards in Myaing Town of Myaing Township in Magway Region. The attack originated from Innyaung Village of Myaing Township. Two projectiles from the improvised rockets landed and exploded within the Township football stadium, while another projectile struck and exploded on the roof of the Township Information and Public Relations Department office. As a result of the explosion, four zinc roofs, a rafter/purlin, 17 small plastic stools and a plastic table of the office were damaged, it is reported.
     Likewise, at 07:00 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group launched an attack by dropping bombs using drones onto Kanni Village of Myaing Township. Six drop bombs landed and exploded on the Kanni Village Road, two drop bombs on the southwest of the Village and another two drop bombs on the roof of Oathtayaryama monastery building. As a result of the explosions, 20 zinc roofs and nine rafters/purlins of the monastery building were damaged, it is reported.
     Security personnel are investigating the incident to take punitive action against terrorists who recklessly attacked with improvised rockets and drop bombs using drones towards Wards and Villages where innocent civilians reside, as soonest in accordance with the law and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
