An innocent civilian was injured while the roof of a residential house was damaged in a wanton drop bombs attacks using drones carried out by armed insurgents who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists onto a Ward and a Village

     In States and Regions, insurgent groups supporting terrorism and so-called PDF terrorist groups have been carrying out terrorist acts against non-military targets. These acts include detonating public roads and bridges, dropping bombs, firing heavy arms, using improvised mortars, and setting fire to residential houses in areas where innocent civilians reside, such as wards and villages.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 4 October at 09:45 AM, according to the information indicated that a female with injuries caused by bomb shrapnel arrived at the Penwegone Circuit Hospital in Kyauktaga Township of Bago Region, security personnel went to the hospital and conducted an inspection. Upon inspection, Ma Pwint Oo (21 years old) who lives in Ananbaw Village of Kyauktaga Township was found with a bomb shrapnel injury to her left shoulder. The incident was verified that on 3 October at about 03:00 PM, she was present in her house with her family, when so–called PDF terrorists wantonly attacked with a dropped bomb using a drone from the opposite side of the Sittaung River in Kyaukgyi Township. The bomb landed and exploded in a house yard near her house, causing the aforementioned injury to her, it is reported.
     Similarly, on 4 October at 11:30 AM, according to the report indicated that a drop bomb, attacked by armed insurgent who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists using a drone, detonated on the roof of the house of U Htay Win (62 years old) who lives in No. (2) Ward of Kawkareik Township in Kayin State, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that as a result of the bomb explosion on the roof of the house of U Htay Win, the zinc roofs and ceilings (approximately five lakhs worth) were damaged. Fortunately, there were no injuries to people, it is reported.
     Security personnel are investigating the incident to take punitive action against terrorists who attacked with drop bombs using drones, aiming to injure and destroy innocent civilians and residential houses, as soonest in accordance with the law and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
