Civil services, administrative officials and innocent civilians were killed by members of armed insurgent groups who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists

     In some townships across States and Regions, armed terrorists driven by a radicalized ideology that considers 'Anyone with differing views is an enemy' are carrying out violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets include civil services, administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not endorse their terrorist activities. Using firearms and knives, they accuse these individuals of being 'spies,' 'informants,' or 'decoys' to instill fear among peace-seeking civilians, causing a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 14 March at 4:00 PM, a repot state that a man with gunshot injuries arrived at the Township Public Hospital in Myintkyinar Township, Kachin State. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that Ko Zaw Htet Aung (32 years old), who lives in Myothitgyi Ward, Myintkyinar Township, and Ko Tun Min Lat (31 years old), who lives in Nankwat Village, were leaving on a motorcycle for the “JZ” resort. As they neared a bridge located exist of Nankwat Village, a group of KIA armed insurgents and so-called PDF terrorists opened fire on them. As a result, Ko Zaw Htet Aung sustained gunshot injuries, it is reported.
     Similarly, on 14 March at 4:45 PM, a repot state that a man with gunshot injuries arrived at Mandalay Public Hospital in Chanayetharzan Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that on 13 March at 3:00 PM, U Myint Win (56 years old), who lives in Shanhtoo Village of Chaung-U Township, Sagaing Region, was at home when a so-called PDF terrorists arrived and opened fire on him. As a result, U Myint Win sustained gunshot wounds, it is reported.
     Similarly, on 14 March at 6:40 PM, a repot state that a man was killed by gunfire near Khingyi Village, Wundwin Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that Village Administrator U Tin Sint (45 years old), who lived in Nyaungoakphee Village in Wundwin Township, was leaving home on his motorcycle for Khingyi Village. As he approached Khingyi Village, three male terrorists riding on two motorcycles behind him opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Tin Sint died from gunshot wounds, it is reported.
     Similarly, on 14 March at 8:05 PM, a repot state that a so-called PDF terrorists opened fire on some innocent civilian who live in Yaengan Village and Thayettaw Village in Letpadan Township, Bago Region. Security personnel conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that U Aung Tun Win (50 years old), U Sein Oo (aka) Phoe Sein Oo (62 years old), and his wife, Daw Hla Yi (64 years old), who all lived in Thayettaw Village, were present in their homes when a so-called PDF terrorists arrived and opened fire on them. Additionally, the terrorists robbed an N CX motorcycle at the house of U Sein Oo (aka) Phoe Sein Oo. As a result of the firing, they died from gunshot injuries. Later, the terrorists continued to Yaengan Village, where they opened fire on Daw Thwal Thawl Tun (54 years old), a senior assistant teacher from the Branch of Basic Education High School in Gayansanpya Village, and her elder sister, Daw Win Min Than (55 years old), who both lived in the Yaengan Village. As a result, Daw Thawl Thawl Tun and Daw Win Min Than died from gunshot wounds, it is reported.
     Security personnel are persistently undertaking essential measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for killings and assassinations of civil services, administrative officials and innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases. These acts stem from a radicalized ideology that deems anyone holding differing views as an enemy, it is reported.
