Five innocent civilians, including two children, were injured in wanton attack three drop bombs using a drone carried out by KNU members who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists onto Taminkwin Village of Phyu Township

     In States and Regions, insurgent groups supporting terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists have been carrying out terrorist acts against non-military targets. These acts include detonating public roads and bridges, dropping bombs, firing heavy arms, using improvised mortars and setting fire to residential houses in areas where innocent civilians reside, such as wards and villages.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 13 December at 10:50 AM, a report stated that individuals with bomb shrapnel injuries had arrived at Tawkyawlinn Circuit Hospital of Kyauktaga Township, Bago Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that Daw Khin Mar Cho (51 years old) sustained bomb shrapnel injuries to her chest, and her grandson Mg Aung Htet Paing (two years old) sustained bomb shrapnel injuries to his left calf, and Ma Theint Theint Tun (11 years old) sustained injuries to her cervical neck area. Additionally, Ko Htet Naing Soe (23 years old) sustained injuries from bomb shrapnel to his left/right hands, left calf and buttock, while Ko Arkar Myo (31 years old) sustained injuries from bomb shrapnel to his right calf. All injured individuals reside in Taminkwin Village of Phyu Township. The incident was verified to have occurred around 09:00 AM on the same day, KNU members who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists, attacked Taminkwin Village with a drone, dropping three bombs that caused the aforementioned injuries to the residents, it is reported.
     Security personnel are investigating the incident to take punitive action against the terrorists who attacked with drop bombs using a drone, aiming to injure innocent civilians, as soonest in accordance with the law and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
