Four innocent civilians were killed, and six others were injured, as a result of a wanton drop bombs attack carried out by so-called PDF terrorists on local residents working in a sand field by bank of Sittaung River near Tanawkyun Village of Waw Township in Bago Region, it is reported.
The incident happened that on November 7 at about 02:15 PM, so-called PDF terrorists wantonly launched a drop bombs attack, from an estimated height of 500 meters, on local residents working in a sand field by the bank of Sittaung River near Tanawkyun Village in Waw Township. In the attack, four innocent civilians were killed, while a total of six people including five men and one woman were injured, it is reported.
Security personnel provided the necessary medical treatment to the injured individuals and sent them to the Waw Township Circuit Hospital, and they are now taking necessary measures to identify and arrest the terrorists who attacked with drop bombs, resulting in the deaths and injuries of innocent civilians, it is reported.
