Homemade mines, arms and Related Materials Intended for using in Terrorist Attacks were seized in Chaung-U Township

      To prevent terrorist attacks in various regions and states, ensure stability and peace in the region, enforce the rule of law, and ensure that people can live safely and peacefully, security forces are carrying out necessary security measures around the clock.
      On 30 April at 07:30 AM, while security personnel carrying out security measures on the Chaung-U _ Monywa Road in Chaung-U Township, Sagaing Region, 25 homemade mines, two motorcycle battery pots, two coils of 30-foot-long wire, a Keypad phone, a remote circuit were found and seized on the left of the Road near Natyaekan Village. Additionally, six mortars (under scrutiny), three motorcycle battery pots, a remote circuit, a coil of 50-foot-long wire and two Keypad phones were found and seized on the right side of the road near a low-water crossing bridge (locally known as Yaekyaw Bridge), it is reported.
      It has been reported that security personnel systematically seized and cleared homemade guns and related materials found in the above case, and are now taking necessary measures to restore community peace and stability in the area in accordance with laws.
