In certain townships, a monk, administrative official and innocent civilians were killed by so-called PDF terrorists

In some townships across States and Regions, armed terrorists driven by a radicalized ideology that considers 'Anyone with differing views is an enemy' are carrying out violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets include civil services, administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not endorse their terrorist activities. Using firearms and knives, they accuse these individuals of being 'spies,' 'informants,' or 'decoys' to instill fear among peace-seeking civilians, causing a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 13 March at 3:45 AM, 20 so-called PDF terrorists entered Tazan Village in Aunglan Township, Magway Region. Later, the terrorists opened fire Abbot U Kawnarnya (62 years and 42 years as a monk), from the village’s monastery, and Village Administrator U Naing Win Aung (47 years old), who lived in the village. As a result, both were killed by gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Similarly, 4:30 AM, U Win Saung (58 years old), who lived in Pholaylone Village, Sinpaungwe Township, was at home when four so-called PDF terrorists arrived on two motorcycles and opened fire on him. As a result, U Win Saung died from gunshot wounds, it is reported.
Similarly, at 7:00 AM, U Than Oo (60 years old), who lived in Thitpoat village, Paunde Township, Bago Region, was at home when five so-called PDF terrorists, arrived on three motorcycles and opened fire on him. As a result, U Than Oo died from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Security personnel are persistently undertaking essential measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for killings and assassinations of a monk, administrative official and innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases. These acts stem from a radicalized ideology that deems anyone holding differing views as an enemy, it is reported.
