In certain Townships, administrative officials and innocent civilians were shot and killed by so-called PDF terrorists

In some townships across States and Regions, armed terrorists driven by a radicalized ideology that considers 'Anyone with differing views is an enemy' are carrying out violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets include administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not endorse their terrorist activities. Using firearms and knives, they accuse these individuals of being 'spies,' 'informants,' or 'decoys' to instill fear among peace-seeking civilians, causing a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 9 January at 11:15 AM, a report stated that two males were dead by gunfire in Nyaungwun Village in Sinku Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that U Win Maw (50 years old), who lived in this village and U Zaw Min Tun (41 years old), who lived in Shwepyi Village, were engaged in conversation at the abattoir located outskirts of the village. At that moment, a group of six so-called PDF terrorists (under investigation) arrived on three motorcycles along the Naungwun Village Road. They proceeded to open fire on U Win Maw and U Zaw Min Tun before fleeing the scene. As a result, U Win Maw and U Zaw Min Tun were dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Likewise, at 01:30 PM, a report stated that a male was dead by gunfire near Shwepyi Village in Sinku Township. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. As a result, U Thu Rain Tun was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Likewise, at 03:40 PM, Village Administrator U Zin Win (39 years old), who lived in Zaydate Village of Natogyi Township, was at home when a group of 10 so-called PDF terrorists (under investigation) arrived on five motorcycles and apprehended him. Subsequently, near the village school, the terrorists opened fire on U Zin Win. As a result, U Zin Win was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Likewise, at 03:50 PM, U Ngwe Lone (49 years old), who lived in Htantaw Village of Natogyi Township, was at home when a group of 10 so-called PDF terrorists (under investigation) arrived on five motorcycles and opened fire on him.      Likewise, on 10 January at 07:15 AM, Village Administrator U Zaw Wun (46 years old), who lived in Pyinphyuthar Village of Thayetchaung Township, Tanintharyi Region, was at home when a group of eight so-called PDF terrorists (under investigation) arrived on four motorcycles and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Zaw Wun was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Security personnel are persistently undertaking essential measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for killings and assassinations of administrative officials and innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases. These acts stem from a radicalized ideology that deems anyone holding differing views as an enemy, it is reported.
