In certain townships, terrorists killed administrative officials and innocent civilians using guns and knives

     In some townships across States and Regions, armed terrorists driven by a radicalized ideology that considers 'Anyone with differing views is an enemy' are carrying out violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets include administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not endorse their terrorist activities. Using firearms and knives, they accuse these individuals of being 'spies,' 'informants,' or 'decoys' to instill fear among peace-seeking civilians, causing a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 15 January at 6:00 AM, a report stated that a male was fatally stabbed with a knife in Kathal Village of Mogok Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that U Chit Wai (39 years old), who lived in this village, was at home with his family when a group of six so-called PDF terrorists (under investigation), arrived on three motorcycles and stabbed him with a knife. As a result, U Chit Wai was dead from knife injuries, it is reported.
     Likewise, at 10:30 AM, a report stated that a female was injured by gunfire between Pazunmyaung Village and Innwyne Village in Nyaunglebin Township, Bago Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that Daw Ni Ni Aye (53 years old), who lives in Ahlalpine Ward of Shwegyin Township, was travelling on a motorized tricycle from Nyaunglebin Town to Shwegyin Town. As she passed between Pazunmyaung Village and Innwyne Village, KNU members who support terrorism and a so-called PDF terrorist group (actual number is under investigation) opened fire on her from the left side of the road. As a result, Daw Ni Ni Aye sustained gunshot injuries and was transported to Nyaunglebin Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 12:20 PM, a report stated that a female was dead by gunfire in Ywargyi Village of Natogyi Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that Daw Sandar Sein (45 years old), a Ward/Village Clerk from the Township Administrative Department, who lived in this village, was leaving her home on a motorcycle to a local grocery store located within the village for shopping. At that moment, a group of five so-called PDF terrorist group (under investigation), arrived on three motorcycles and opened fire on her before fleeing the scene. As a result, Daw Sandar Sein was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
     Furthermore, at 12:30 PM, a report stated that two males were injured by gunfire in Daweizay Village of Sagaing Township, Sagaing Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that U Than Win Htay (64 years old), who lives in this Ward, was at home with his grandson, Ko Khant Khant (aka) Khant Min Tun (24 years old). At that moment, a group of four so-called PDF terrorist group (under investigation), arrived on two motorcycles and opened fire on them before fleeing the scene. As a result, U Than Win Htay and Ko Khant Khant (aka) Khant Min Tun sustained gunshot injuries and were transported to Sagaing Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 02:35 PM, a report stated that a male was dead and a female was injured by gunfire near Bagosu Village of Kyauktaga Township, Bago Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that U Aung Kyaw San (45 years old) and his daughter, Ma Su Myat Thawdar (19 years old), who both live in this village, were leaving home on a motorcycle to a pea farm for pesticide spraying. As they arrived on the Village Connected Road of Bagosu Village and Bagankwal Village, two so-called PDF terrorists (under investigation), opened fire on them before fleeing the scene. As a result, U Aung Kyaw San was dead from gunshot injuries, while Ma Su Myat Thawdar sustained gunshot injuries and was transported to Phado Circuit Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 04:45 PM, a report stated that a male was fatally stabbed and slashed with a knife in Myingtalgyi Village of Natmauk Township, Magway Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that Village Administrator U Khin Maung Win (60 years old), who lived in this Village, was at home when a group of approximately 15 so-called PDF terrorists, arrived on motorcycles and attacked him with a knife. As a result, U Khin Maung Win was dead from knife injuries, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 07:15 PM, a report stated that a male was dead by gunfire in Minwun Village of Myitthar Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that U Ye Swe (55 years old), who lived in this Village, was at home with his wife, Daw San Oo, when three so-called PDF terrorists (under investigation), arrived on two motorcycles and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Ye Swe was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 08:50 PM, a report stated that a male was dead by gunfire in Oakpho Village of Waw Township, Bago Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that U Khin Soe (63 years old), who lived in this Village, was at home when KNU members who support terrorism, along with a group of five so-called PDF terrorists (under investigation), arrived and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Khin Soe was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
     Security personnel are persistently undertaking essential measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for killings and assassinations of administrative official and innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases. These acts stem from a radicalized ideology that deems anyone holding differing views as an enemy, it is reported.
