In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts, using guns and knives, after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 18 December at 06:30 PM, a report stated that U Aung Ngwe (62 years old), who lived in Zayhaung Village of Madaya Township, Mandalay Region, was present in his house, when six so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on three motorcycles. They proceeded to stab and slash him with knives, resulting in U Aung Ngwe’s death due to a beheading injury. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. The deceased was then transported by security personnel to Madaya Township Public Hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against an innocent civilian in the abovementioned case based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
