In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 21 September at 09:00 AM, Ko Maung Soe (19 years old), Ko Aung Myo Tun (25 years old) and Ko Htway Min Zaw (25 years old), who all live in Kyaukkhaetat Village of Mingin Township, Sagaing Region, were working in a field located approximately one mile south of the Village, when approximately 50 so-called PDF terrorists, who were armed, arrived and killed Ko Aung Myo Tun by stabbing and slashing with knife. Furthermore, the terrorists arrested Ko Htway Min Zaw and Ko Maung Soe along with six cows and headed towards Thintaw Village. As a result, Ko Aung Myo Tun was dead from his injuries including three stabbing wounds to his abdomen, a severe laceration to his neck and a broken left middle finger, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned case based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
