In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against the public who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 19 July at 12:30 PM, according to the report that two males were dead by gunfire on the Seinkantlant-Myochaung Road located near Boyone Village of Minhla Township, Magway Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Ko Chit San Ko Ko (aka) Hmway Ni, 26 years old (Father) U Myint Thein, and Ko Kaung San (aka) Kyawt Naung, 30 years old (Father) U Than Chaung, who both lived in Seinkantlant Village of Minhla Township were found dead with gunshot and burn injuries near a burnt and destroyed blue six-wheeled Faw vehicle that was found on the roadside near Boyone Village. Their bodies transported to the Minhla Township Public hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Similarly, on 19 July at 02:10 PM, U Aung Lin Oo, 43 years old (Father) U Than Htay, who lives in the Myo-U area located on the roadside of Union road in Nanmatee Town of Mogaung Township, Kachin State, was present in his home-based shop, when four male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on two motorcycles and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Aung Lin Oo sustained gunshot injuries and was transported to the Myintkyinar Town Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Similarly, at 07:20 PM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire in No. (38) Ward of Dagon Myothit (Northern) Township, Yangon Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U Kyaw San Win, 45 years old, (Father) U Kyaw Myint, who lived in this Ward, was returning home alone on his sidecar vehicle. When he arrived at the intersection of Yarzadiri Street and Khayay Street, two male terrorists (under scrutiny), who were riding on a motorcycle in the same direction behind him, opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Kyaw San Win was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Similarly, on 21 July at 08:15 AM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire in No. (118) Ward of Dagon Myothit (Eastern) Township, Yangon Region security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that 100-household Administrator U Kyaw Lwin, 40 years old (Father) U Than Win, who lived in this Ward, was leaving home alone on his motorcycle. When he arrived in front of the “Yaungchithit” teashop located at the corner of U Myu Street and Aungthapya Street, two male terrorists (under scrutiny) who were riding on a motorcycle in the same direction behind from him, opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Kyaw Lwin was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against the civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’ it is reported.
