In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations against innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts, using guns and knives, after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 7 November at 11:30 AM, a report stated that eight so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived at Kathal Village of Mogok Township, Mandalay Region, and opened fire on U Soe Myint (53 years old) and U Myo Win (42 years old), who both lived in this Village. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Soe Myint was found dead with a bullet penetrating injury through his right upper eyebrow to occiput and four bullet penetrating injuries to his chest. Additionally, U Myo Win was also found dead with four bullet penetrating injuries to his chest at their respective houses. The deceased bodies were transported to the Kyatpyin Circuit Hospital for further examination. Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to arrest those terrorists, it is reported.
