In Mohnyin and Patheingyi Townships, armed insurgents and so-called PDF terrorists wantonly kill two innocent civilians

In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations against innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts, using guns and knives, after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 26 November at 06:30 PM, Daw Daw Nwe Htay (43 years old), who lived in Kankonegyi Village of Mohnyin Township, Kachin State, was at home with his husband U Aung Kyi. At that time, a KIA armed insurgent and a so-called PDF terrorist (under scrutiny) had apprehended Daw Nwe Htay’s father, U Kalar (66 years old), who was working in a field between Kankonegyi Village and Ingyinkone Village. When these terrorists arrived on the street in front of Daw Nwe Htay’s house, they began assaulting her father. In an attempt to intervene and apologize on her father's behalf, Daw Nwe Htay confronted the terrorists. Tragically, in response, the terrorists opened fire on her before fleeing the scene. As a result, Daw Nwe Htay was dead from a bullet penetrating injury through her back to chest, it is reported.
Likewise, at 10:50 PM, a report stated that a male was dead by gunfire of terrorists on the Seltawgyi ditch boundary close to Yaehwet Village of Patheingyi Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Saw Tun (52 years old), who lived in Yankintharyar Ward of Patheingyi Town, was found dead with a bullet penetrating injury to his left temple. The incident was verified that U Saw Tun was travelling alone on his motorcycle toward Yaehwet Village along the Seltawgyi ditch boundary, when a terrorist (under scrutiny) opened fire on him. As a result, U Saw Tun was dead from aforementioned injury and the deceased body was transported to Mandalay Public Hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
