In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against the public who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 31 July at 12:30 PM, according to the report that a male and female were found dead with gunfire, stabbing and slashing with knife injuries in Thinpyun Village of Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. Upon inspection, it is found that U Myint Hte, 45 years old (Father) U Myat Maung, who lived in this Village, was present in his house along with Ma Khine Zin Moe, 30 years old (Father) U Soe Myint, who also lived in the same Village, when five so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on three motorcycles and arrested them. Later, when they arrived in a mango farm located next to the Thinpyun Village - Kyeepinkan Village Road, the terrorists opened fire and attacked U Myint Hte and Ma Khine Zin Moe by stabbing and slashing them with knives. As a result, U Myint Hte and Ma Khine Zin Moe were dead from injuries, it is reported.
Similarly, at 04:15 PM, according to the report that a male was dead and another male was injured by gunfire near Nantparchee Village of Kutkai Township, Northern Shan State, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. Upon inspection, it is found that four individuals; U Win Naing, 51 years old (Father) U Ni, along with his wife advocate Daw Thin Thin Lwin, 53 years old (Father) U Thein Lwin, U Paw Oo, 43 years old (Father) U Myint, and apprentice lawyer Daw Htwe Htwe Lwin, 30 years old (Father) U Thein Lwin, who all live in No. (11) Ward of Lashio Township, were traveling from Kutkai Town to Theinni Town in a 6K-XXXX Wish vehicle along the MuSe-Lashio Union Road. When they arrived near Nantparchee Village, a terrorist group (total number - under scrutiny) in a white Saloon vehicle following them opened fire. As a result, U Paw Oo was dead from gunshot injuries while U Win Naing sustained gunshot injuries and was transported to the Kutkai Township Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against the civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
