In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 28 September at 07:15 AM, according to the report that two males and two females were dead by gunfire in Pyoekan Village of Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region, personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Kyin Soe (aka) U Khin Maung Htway (54 years old), who lived in this Village, was present in his house along with his wife Daw Than Kyi (aka) Daw Sein Tin (53 years old) as well as Daw Lone (54 years old) and U Kyaw Moe (54 years old), who all lived in the same Village, when a group of six so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on three motorcycles and opened fire on them by accusing them of being a “Decoy Family (Dalan Falimy)”. As a result, four individuals including U Kyin Soe (aka) U Khin Maung Htway were dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
