In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 24 August at 10:00 PM, according to the report that a man was dead by stabbing and slashing with knife in Sallal village of Natmauk Township, Magway Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Sallal Village Administrator U Myint Nyein, 55 years old, who lived in this village, was present in his house, when a group of six so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on three motorcycles and arrested him. Later, when they arrived on Chaungmagyi bullock cart road connecting Sallal Village and Kanthar Village located approximately one mile northwest of Sallal Village, the terrorists killed U Myint Nyein by stabbing and slashing him with knife. As a result, U Myint Nyein was dead from a laceration injury on his neck, it is reported.
Similarly, on 26 August at 05:50 AM, according to the report that two men were found dead with injuries in a forest located between Naypukone Village and Kalar Village in Wundwin Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Ko Myo Aung (aka) Bar Cho, 33 years old, and U Hla Shwe, 56 years old, who both lived in Aungmingalar Ward of Wundwin Town, were found dead with gunshot injuries at the location. Their bodies were transported to the Wundwin Township Public Hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
