In Pakokku, Palaw, Ngazun and Myingyan Townships, armed terrorists wantonly kill administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully

      In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against non-CDM staff after forcibly pressuring civil service personnel who are loyal to the State to join CDM as well as others who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
      Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 4 June at 10:00 PM, according to the report that two men and two women were dead by gunfire in Phalan-O Village of Pakokku Township, Magway Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Daw Win Yi, 52 years old, (Father) U Zee Kwat, her younger sister Daw Win Thi, 48 years old, (Father) U Zee Kwat, her father U Zee Kwat, 77 years old, (Father) U Aung Nyo and U Aung San Win, 52 years old, (Father) U Par Lasar, who all lived in this Village, was present their respective houses, when approximately 10 so-called PDF terrorists arrived and opened fire on them. As a result, they were dead from gunshot injuries at the scene, it is reported.
      Similarly, on 5 June at 06:00 AM, according to the report that a man was dead with gunshot injuries in No. (1) Ward of Palaw Township, Tanintharyi Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Ko Aung Ko, 30 years old, (Father) U Moe, who lived in Sapupyin Village of Palaw Township, was picking durian in a durian farm owned by U Phoe Yoat, located in No. (1) Ward, when terrorists (total number-under scrutiny) opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, Ko Aung Ko was dead from gunshot injuries at the scene, it is reported.
      Likewise, at 12:35 PM, according to the report that a man was dead by gunfire in Tharkyin Village of Ngazun Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Ko Soe Win Htay, 33 years old, (Father) U Sein Tun, who lived in this Village, was present at his motorcycle repair shop near the Village entrance signboard, when two male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, Ko Soe Win Htay was dead from gunfire injuries at the scene, it is reported.
      Furthermore, at 03:30 PM, according to the report that a man was dead with knife injuries between Phatyin Village and Tawpu Village in Myingyan Township, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U Tin Soe, 52 years old, (Father) U Kyi Thant, who lived in Yathar Village of Myingyan Township, was returning home from fields located west of Phatyin Village after herding cows, when five so-called PDF terrorists arrested him. Later, when they arrived at the scene, they killed U Tin Soe. As a result, U Tin Soe was dead from cut injuries, it is reported.
      Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
