In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 16 September at 11:20 AM, according to the report that a male and a deceased female with gunshot injuries arrived at the Palaw Township Public Hospital in Tanintharyi Region, personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Aung Zar Tun (36 years old), who lives in Satpyingyi Village of Palaw Township, had a severed right ring finger, while his wife Daw Moe Pwint (21 years old), who also lived in the same village, was found dead with gunshot injuries to her waist, buttock and leg. The incident was verified that, on 15 September at 07:50 PM, U Aung Zar Tun and Daw Moe Pwint were having dinner in their house, when five so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived and opened fire on them. As a result, they sustained aforementioned injuries and were transported to the Palaw Township Public Hospital for medical treatment. Unfortunately, Daw Moe Pwint was dead from her injuries while receiving medical treatment, it is reported.
Similarly, on 16 September at 06:30 PM, Daw Kay Thi (50 years old), who lived in Aluanaut Village of Bilin Township, Mon State, was present in her house, when six so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on three motorcycles and opened fire on her accusing her of being an “Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)”. As a result, Daw Kay Thi was dead from a bullet penetrating injury through her right eye to the ear and another bullet penetrating injuries on her chest, pelvis and hand at the incident, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
