In Sagaing Township, two innocent civilians were killed by so-called PDF terrorists

In some townships across States and Regions, armed terrorists driven by a radicalized ideology that considers 'Anyone with differing views is an enemy' are carrying out violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets include administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not endorse their terrorist activities. Using firearms and knives, they accuse these individuals of being 'spies,' 'informants,' or 'decoys' to instill fear among peace-seeking civilians, causing a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 1 January at 11:00 AM, a report stated that two deceased males with gunshot injuries had been brought to Township Public Hospital in Sagaing Town, Sagaing Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that two males, approximately 35-year-old and 25-year-old (under investigation), had died from gunshot injuries to their heads, necks and hands. The incident was verified to have taken place on the same day at 10:45 AM when they were found dead by so-called PDF terrorists next to the bullock cart road near Kyauktar Village. The O-bo Social Assistance Association transported the deceased individuals to the hospital, it is reported.
Security personnel are persistently undertaking essential measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for killings and assassinations of innocent civilians in the abovementioned case. These acts stem from a radicalized ideology that deems anyone holding differing views as an enemy, it is reported.
