In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations against innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts, using guns and knives, after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 3 December at 05:25 PM, U Khin Maung Win (57 years old), who lived in Ngazinyine Village of Sinpaungwe Township, Magway Region, was at home when six so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny), arrived on three motorcycles and opened fire on him. As a result, U Khin Maung Win was dead from gunshot injuries during the incident, it is reported.
Similarly, on 4 December at 05:30 AM, 15 so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived at the house of U San Lwin (50 years old), who lived in Pyaunkhin (south) of Salin Township and arrested him towards southern part of the Village. Later, at 07:55 AM on the same day, villagers searching for him discovered U San Lwin deceased from a bullet penetrating injury to his occiput, by gunfire from so-called PDF terrorists. His body was found on the roadside of a jungle road, approximately three furlongs south of the Village. Subsequently, the villagers retrieved the deceased’s body and brought it back to the Village, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
