In some Townships, administrative officials and innocent civilians were killed by so-called PDF terrorists

In some townships across States and Regions, armed terrorists driven by a radicalized ideology that considers 'Anyone with differing views is an enemy' are carrying out violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets include administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not endorse their terrorist activities. Using firearms and knives, they accuse these individuals of being 'spies,' 'informants,' or 'decoys' to instill fear among peace-seeking civilians, causing a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 3 March at 1:30 PM, a report stated that two men sustained injuries from gunfire in Hninwiywarma Village of Daik-U Township, Bago Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that Village Administrator U Naing Win (52 years old) and U Thein Myint (67 years old), who both live in Thantada Village of Nyaunglebin Township, were returning on a motorcycle from Daik-U Town to Thantada Village. As they approached Chaungsone Bridge, located two furlongs southwest of Hninwiywarma Village, two so-called PDF terrorists ambushed them, opening fire before fleeing the scene. As a result of the attack, both men sustained gunshot injuries and were transported to Nyaunglebin Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Similarly, at 3:05 PM, a report stated that a man and woman were killed, and another woman was injured by gunfire in Kinegyi Village of Oakpho Township. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that Village Administrator U Tin Aung (53 years old), his wife Daw Khin San Yi (aka) Daw Thae Thae (55 years old) and their daughter Ma San San Htay (31 years old), who all live in the village, were in their house when six so-called PDF terrorists, arrived on three motorcycles and opened fire on them. As a result, U Tin Aung and Daw Khin San Yi (aka) Daw Thae Thae were killed by gunshot wounds, while Ma San San Htay was injured. The deceased and the injured were transported to Oakpho Township Public Hospital for further examination and medical treatment, it is reported.
Security personnel are persistently undertaking essential measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for killings and assassinations of administrative officials and innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases. These acts stem from a radicalized ideology that deems anyone holding differing views as an enemy, it is reported.
