In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 5 August at 12:00 AM, 100-household Administrator U Tin Win, 55 years old (Father) U Kyaw Sein, who lived in Peikthakarsu Village of Madaya Township, Mandalay Region, was at his fish farming pond located north of the Village, when three male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him. As a result, U Tin Win was dead at the scene from a bullet penetrating injury in his right ear through to the left temple of his head, it is reported.
Similarly, at 03:10 PM, Daw Khin Aye Tint (aka) Ma Nge, 49 years old (Father) U Kyaw Yin, who lived in Thusoe Village of Natogyi Township, was purchasing goods at the shop of U Thu Rain Win, who also lives in this Village, when two male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on her by accusing her being “Decoy (Dalan) and case broker” and also robbed her motorcycle before fleeing. As a result, Daw Khin Aye Tint (aka) Ma Nge was dead from four gunshot injuries on her occiput, left eye, right thumb and right wrist. Additionally, one bullet shell marked with Thai Arms, seven bullets, two Luger bullets and one pistol magazine used by terrorists were found and seized at the incident, it is reported.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials and innocent civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
