In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against non-CDM staff after forcibly pressuring civil service personnel who are loyal to the State to join CDM as well as others who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 4 July at 08:30 AM, according to the report indicated that a female was dead by gunfire in Pazunmyaung Village of Nyaunglebin Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Daw Tin Tin Aye, 48 years old (Father) U Khin Maung Sein, who lived in this Village, was present in her home-base shop along with her husband, when some members of the KNU group who support terrorism and a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) arrived and opened fire on her before fleeing. As a result, Daw Tin Tin Aye was dead from gunshot injuries. Additionally, one shell of pistol bullet marked with THAI ARMS 380 ACP was found and seized near the scene, it is reported.
Similarly, at 09:30 AM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire on the roadside of the Myothar-Myingyan Road located near Pauksame Village of Ngazun Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that an approximately 30-year-old male (under scrutiny) was found dead with gunshot injuries at the incident, and his body was transported to the Myothar Circuit hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Likewise, at 04:30 PM, according to the report indicated that two males were found dead with injuries, their heads covered with black plastic bags, and a vehicle was burned and destroyed on the Taungoo-Latetho Road located near Khunkone Village of Taungoo Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U Khin Maung Lwin, 59 years old (Father) U San Thein, and U Bayar, 40 years old (Father) U Saw Narthalal, who both lived in Pyarsakhan Village of Thaungtaunggyi Township, were leaving their Village in a Mark II vehicle (vehicle plate number under scrutiny). When they arrived at the scene, a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) opened fire on them and set fire to the vehicle. As a result, U Khin Maung Lwin and U Bayar were dead from gunshot and cut injuries. Additionally, three shells of 7.62 x 39 bullet and one shell of 9mm bullet were found and seized near the scene, it is reported.
Furthermore, at 05:00 PM, according to the report indicated that two males were dead by gunfire near Yonepinkone Village of Wundwin Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Village Administrator U Htee Lar, 59 years old (Father) U Phoe Yi, and in charge of a sub-Village U Nay Min Tun (aka) Mae Lay, 43 years old (Father) U Kyaw Nyunt, who both lived in Tonedauntaie Village of Wundwin Township, were returning home on a motorcycle from Kanpatlal Village. When they arrived at the scene, a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) opened fire on them. As a result, U Htee Lar and U Nay Min Tun were dead from gunshot injuries at the scene, it is reported.
On the same day at 07:30 PM, according to the report indicated that a male was dead by gunfire next to the Natogyi-Mahlaing Road located near Aungtharyar Village of Natogyi Township, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Village Administrator U Maung Htay, 55 years old (Father) U Than Oo, who lived in Phalonkone Village, was leaving alone from his home to Natogyi Town on his Click motorcycle. When he arrived at the scene, a terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) opened fire on him. Additionally, the terrorists robbed U Maung Htay’s motorcycle and mobile phone before fleeing. As a result, U Maung Htay was dead from gunshot injuries at the scene, it is reported.
Likewise, on July 5 at 07:30 AM, according to the report indicated that a male was dead by gunfire at milepost 7 on the Pakokku-Yasagyo Road located near Pantiechone Village of Pakokku Township, Magway Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Ko Ye Aung (aka) Khun Maung Ohn, 29 years old (Father) U Shin Pyar, who lived in Kyaukhlaygar Village of Yesagyo Township, was returning home alone on his motorcycle from Pantiechone Village. When he arrived at the scene, five so-called PDF terrorists opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, Ko Ye Aung (aka) Khun Maung Ohn was dead from gunshot injuries. Additionally, 18 shells of 5.56 bullet were found and seized near the scene, it is reported.
Similarly, at 08:40 AM, according to the report that a male was found dead with injuries on the roadside of the Natogyi-Taungtha Road located near Htanaungpinlal Village of Natogyi Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that an approximately 40-year-old male (under scrutiny) was found dead with stab and cut injuries at the incident, and his body was transported to the Natogyi Township Public hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
