In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against non-CDM staff after forcibly pressuring civil service personnel who are loyal to the State to join CDM as well as others who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 23 June at 08:00 AM, according to the report that a man was dead by gunfire in No. (4) Ward of Kanma Town in Pakokku Township, Magway Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Ward Administrator U San Maung, 77 years old (Father) U Tin, who lived in this Ward, was present in his house, when two so-called PDF terrorists arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U San Maung was dead from gunshot injures at the scene, it is reported.
Similarly, at 12:30 PM, according to the report that a deceased male body with injuries was found inside the Ngarlonepyun water supply drain located near Kyauktadaywarthit Village of Madaya Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that an approximately 40-year-old man (under scrutiny) was found in an advanced state of decomposition, with a mask covering his face and his eyes and hands bound. The body exhibited evidence of both gunshot and cut injuries. His body was transported to the Madaya Township Public hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Likewise, at 06:50 PM, according to the report that a man was dead by gunfire at the edge of the entrance Road of Ohmnaechaung Village located on the Nyaung-U-Myinggyan Road in Nyaung-U Township, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U Thein Aung, 60 years old (Father) U Tun Yin, who lived in this Village, was returning home on his motorcycle from Kantaw Village, when he arrived at the scene, four male terrorists (under scrutiny) opened fire and proceeded to attack U Thein Aung with knife, inflicting multiple stab and slash wounds. As a result, U Thein Aung was dead from gunshot and cut injuries. Additionally, a shell of A USA 380 AUTO bullet and a round of bullet were found and seized near the scene, it is reported.
Likewise, at 07:10 PM, a shooting incident was reported at the corner of C-1 street and Seinpan street in No. (94) Ward of Dagonmyothit(seikkan) Township, Yangon Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that member of Township Administration Group U Hla Kyi, 77 years old (Father) U Shwe Don, who lived in this Ward, was returning home in his YGN-11 4H-XXXX TOYOTA Surf vehicle from outside, when he arrived at the scene, two male terrorists (under scrutiny) on a motorcycle opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result of firing, the right front windshield, left front windshield and left center windshield of the vehicle were damaged and U Hla Kyi sustained gunshot injuries. However, U Hla Kyi was dead from his injuries while being transported to a military hospital for medical treatment. Additionally, 12 shells of LUGER bullet were found and seized near the scene, it is reported.
Likewise, at 09:00 PM, according to the report that two men had been injured by gunfire at the 105 Road between 84th and 85th Streets in Khunloneoakshaung Ward of Chanmyatharzi Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that 100-household Administrator U Myat Htoo, 56 years old, U Aye Maung, who lives in this Ward, was returning home along with his son Mg Ye Myintmo Htoo, 21 years old, from Dawnachan Ward on his motorcycle, when they arrived in front of their house, two male terrorists (under scrutiny) on a motorcycle opened fire on them before fleeing. As a result, U Myat Htoo and Mg Ye Myintmo Htoo sustained gunshot injuries and were transported to the Mandalay Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Likewise, at 09:00 PM, according to the report that a man and woman were dead by gunfire on the Aungmingalar road in Kanthar-U Ward of Monywa Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U Tun Tun Naing, 39 years old (Father) U Kyaw Tin, who lived in this Ward, was present along with his wife Daw Khin May Thin, 33 years old (Father) U Win Naing, when six so-called PDF terrorists arrived on two motorcycles and opened fire on them before fleeing. As a result, U Tun Tun Naing and Daw Khin May Thin were dead from gunshot injuries at the scene, it is reported.
Likewise, on 24 June at 07:30 AM, according to the report that a man was dead by gunfire in Kinmoontaw Village of Chaung-U Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Ko Toe (aka) Shwe Toe, 45 years old (Father) U Nyo Maung, who lived in this Village, was herding cows in the village fields, when a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, Ko Toe (aka) Shwe Toe was dead from gunshot injuries at the scene, it is reported.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
