In Some Townships, Armed Terrorists Wantonly Kill Administrative Officials, Government Employees and Civilians who live peacefully

      In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against non-CDM staff after forcibly pressuring civil service personnel who are loyal to the State to join CDM as well as others who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
      Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 30 April at 04:00 AM, according to the report that a woman and a child were dead by gunfire in No. (8) Village of Tanintharyi Township, Tanintharyi Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Daw Zar Chi Oo, 29 years old, (Father) U Aung Win, and her son Mg Htet Arkar Lin, nine years old, (Father) U Lin Oo, who both lived in this Village, were in their house, when two male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on them. As a result, Daw Zar Chi Oo and Mg Htet Arkar Lin were dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
      Similarly, at 07:30 AM, according to the report that a man was dead by gunshot injuries at Zewaka clinic located in No. (2) Ward of Salingyi Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Doctor U Maung Po, 55 years old, (Father) U Tun Mying (aka) Baydar, who lived in Pyawbawelay Village of Salingyi Township, was inside his clinic, when a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) entered the clinic and opened fire on him. As a result, U Maung Po was dead from gunshot injuries at the scene, it is reported.
      Likewise, at 09:40 AM, according to the report that a man was dead by gunfire near the junction of Panpyin Village in Thayetchaung Township, Tanintharyi Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U San Nyunt, 65 years old, (Father) U Kyi Hlaing, who lived Maenaeoae Village, was walking to the junction of Panpyin Village from his home. When he arrived at the scene, four male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on two motorcycles and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U San Nyunt was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
      Furthermore, at 11:30 AM, according to the report that a gun shooting occurred at “Aung Cafe” tea shop located at the corner of 117 (A) and 56 Streets of Tinpangon Ward in Pyigyidagun Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that two male terrorists (under scrutiny), who were riding a motorcycle along 117 (A) Street, opened fire into the tea shop before fleeing. As a result, people who were inside the tea shop; Ko Sai Aung Kyaw (aka) Sein Myittar (aka) Soe Aung, 35 years old, (Father) U Mya Aye, who lives in this Ward, and Ko Zaw Lin (aka) Ko Lin (aka) Pho Si, 37 years old, (Father) U Khin Aung, who lived in Balpyar Village of Sintgaing Township, were sustained gunshot injuries, however, Ko Zaw Lin (aka) Ko Lin (aka) Pho Si died from his injuries while being transported to the Mandalay Township Public hospital for medical treatment. Additionally, two A P 32 Auto bullet shells and one round of bullet were found and seized near the scene, it is reported.
      On the same day at 11:30 AM, according to the report that a man was dead by gunfire in Paygyi Village of Kambalu Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U Cho Too, 60 years old, (Father) U Tun Yin, and his wife Daw Aye, 57 years old, (Father) U Aung Khin, who both live in this Village, were in their house, when a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) arrived in a Hiace vehicle with a Social Assistance Association label (under scrutiny) and five motorcycles. The terrorists arrested them and took them to the village road, where they opened fire and stabbed U Cho Too with a knife before continuing to arrest Daw Aye. As a result, U Cho Too was dead from gunshot and knife injuries at the scene, it is reported.
      Likewise, at 06:20 PM, according to the report that a man sustained injuries by gunfire in Zayitchaung Village of Thaton Township, Mon State, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that ten-household Administrator U Soe Hlaing, 58 years old, (Father) U Lavu, who lives in this village, was cutting woods outside his house, when two so-called PDF terrorists arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Soe Hlaing sustained gunshot injuries and was transported to the Thaton Township Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
      On 1 May at 08:30 AM, according to the report that a man sustained injuries by gunfire in Yankintharyar Ward of Patheingyi Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U Than Win, 56 years old, (Father) U Saw Maung, who lives in this Ward, was in his house, when two male terrorists (under scrutiny) entered the house and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Than Win sustained gunshot injuries and was transported to the Mandalay Township Public hospital for medical treatment. Additionally, one short homemade gun, one round of 9mm THAIARMS bullet and its bullet shell were found and seized near the scene, it is reported.
      Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
