In some Townships, KNU members who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists wantonly kill administrative officials and innocent civilians who live peacefully

        In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
       Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 11 September at 04:30 PM, according to the report that a male was dead by stabbing and slashing with knife in Zeephyutan Village of Yadashe Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that on 10 September at 08:30 PM, U Aung Soe Min (49 years old), who lived in this Village, was present in his house, when approximately nine terrorists from KNU members who support terrorism and a so-called PDF terrorist group arrived and arrested him. Later, when they arrived near the cemetery of Oakshitpin Village located west of Zeephyutan Village, the terrorists stabbed and slashed U Aung Soe Min with knife. As a result, U Aung Soe Min was dead from a laceration injury on his neck, it is reported.
      Similarly, on 11 September at 05:45 PM, according to the report that a male was injured by gunfire in Yebyu Township, Tanintharyi Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Tin Oo (46 years old), a sub-division commander of auxiliary fire services, who lives in Kyaukshut Village of Yebyu Township, was returning home on foot from his orchard along a jungle road, when a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Tin Oo sustained two bullet penetrating injuries in his right armpit and right arm, and was transported to the Kalainaung Circuit Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, on 11 September at 07:10 PM, according to the report that a female was dead by gunfire in Tharyaraye Village of Tharyarwaddy Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that Ward Administrator Daw Theint Theint Lwin (47 years old), who lived in Sanywaytan Ward of Thonesel Town, was leaving on a motorcycle, driven by her daughter Doctor May Thu Lwin, from Tharyaraye Village to Thonesel Town along the Kanyinkaut-Tharyaraye Road. When they arrived at a concrete bridge located near Tharyaraye Village, two male terrorists (under scrutiny), who were riding on a motorcycle on the same direction behind them, opened fire on them. As a result, Daw Theint Theint Lwin was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
     Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials and innocent civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
