In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against administrative officials who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 18 October, at 11:00 AM, U Aung Naing Win (38 years old) along with Daw Shwe Yi Win (40 years old) and Daw Htway Nge (41 years old), who all live in Thane Village of Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region, were returning on a bullock cart from his peanut farm located approximately two miles south of Thane Village to Thane Village. When they arrived near the Village three so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) who were riding on two motorcycles, forced to stop their bullock cart and opened fire on U Aung Naing Win by accusing him of being a “Decoy (Dala)/Informer”. As a result, U Aung Naing Win was dead from six gunshot injuries to his head, face, waist, back and right hand at the incident, it is reported.
Likewise, at 11:30 AM, according to the report that a male was dead with gunshot injuries near the “Shwenattaung” monastery in Kawkareik Town of Kayin State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted in inspection. Upon inspection, it is found that U Nyi Nyi Naing (46 years old) Village clerk, who lives in No. (2) Ward in Kawkareik Town was found dead with a bullet penetrating injury through his forehead to occiput. The deceased body was transported to the Kawkareik District Public Hospital for further examination and Security personnel are actively working to identify and apprehend the perpetrator, it is reported.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
