In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 18 October, at 05:30 AM, as reported, approximately 10 so-called PDF terrorists arrived in Mintalgyi Ward, Kawlin Town, Sagaing Region and arrested Daw Poe Dar Li (30 years old) and U Moe Naing (45 years old), who live in this Ward. When they arrived near Khawpyin creek located on the Kawlin-Oakkan Village Road, the terrorists killed Daw Poe Dar Li. As a result, Daw Poe Dar Li was dead from two stabbing injuries to her left cheek and chest along with a bullet penetrating injury to her thigh. Currently, U Moe Naing has been abducted and taken towards Ywarma Village. Security personnel are actively working to rescue U Moe Naing from the terrorists, it is reported.
Similarly, at 10:30 AM, according to the report that so-called PDF terrorists arrived at Ngarlan Village of Yaesagyo Township, Magway Region, and wantonly opened fire on innocent civilians, security personnel arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it was found that U Tun Min Lwin (40 years old) and his wife Daw Kay Thi Khine (40 years old), along with U Nyan Myint (54 years old) and U Than Nu Win (56 years old), who all lived in this Village, were found dead with gunshot injuries, while U Tun Min Lwin’s son Mg Thaw Zin Tun (five years old), was found with a gunshot injury to his right arm. The incident was verified that, on 17 October about at 09:30 PM, approximately 25 so-called PDF terrorists arrived at Ngarlan Village and entered the houses of U Tun Min Lwin, U Nyan Myint and U Than Nu Win. Later, the terrorists opened fire on them. As a result, they were dead and injured above-mentioned injuries. The injured individual; Mg Thaw Zin Tun was provided necessary medical care, it is reported.
Furthermore, at 12:30 PM, 100-household elder U Than Min (45 years old), who lived in Thanhlyatmaw (west) Ward of Mahaaungmyay Township, Mandalay Region, was sleeping inside the bedroom in the “Shwe Kaung Myat” tea shop located at the corner of the 41st Street and Kannar Street in Thanhlyatmaw (west) Ward, when two male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Than Min was dead from two bullet penetrating injuries; one to his left eye and one to his left cheek at the incident, it is reported.
Similarly, at 04:20 PM, Maung Maung (aka) Ko Thant Zin Min (31 years old), who lived in Phattaykone Village of Kyaikemaraw Township, Mon State, was present in his house, when two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, Maung Maung (aka) Ko Thant Zin Min was dead from two gunshot injuries to his chest and abdomen at the incident, it is reported.
Furthermore, at 05:20 PM, according to the report indicated that an injured male individual arrived at the Phayarthonezu Town Public Hospital in Kyarinseikkyi Township of Kayin State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. The investigation found that U Than Tun (62 years old) who lives in No. (3) Ward (locally known as Daweisu Ward) in Phayarthonezu Town was found with a gunshot injury to his upper left eyebrow. The incident was verified that he was present in his house at 04:45 PM, two male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and took him outside to discuss a business matter. When they arrived at the edge of Daweisu Ward, the terrorists opened fire on him and fled the scene, causing him to sustain aforementioned injury, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
