In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 20 September at 01:00 PM, Daw Kalama (70 years old), who lived in Zayetgyi Village of Taungthar Township, Mandalay Region, was present in the house of her daughter Ma Yin Yin Nu, who also lives in this Village, when five so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on two motorcycles and arrested her by accusing her of being an “Informer/Decoy (Dalan)”. Later, when they reached a field located approximately two miles northwest of Yonesilay Village, the terrorists opened fire on Daw Kalama. As a result, Daw Kalama was dead from two bullet penetrating injuries to her head and back, it is reported.
Similarly, at 04:20 PM, U Kyi Soe (64 years old), the Administrator of Myotwin Village in Gyobingauk Township, Bago Region, was leaving alone on his motorcycle to his agricultural pharmacy store located in Alalkone Village. When he arrived at the exit of Myotwin Village, two terrorists (under scrutiny), who were riding a motorcycle on the opposite direction from Alalkone Village, opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Kyi Soe sustained a bullet penetrating injury on his abdomen and is currently receiving medical treatment in Alalkone Circuit Hospital, it is reported.
Similarly, at 08:45 PM, 100-household elder U Maung Lwin (62 years old), who lived in Kwanohn village of Yaedashe Township, was present in his house, when KNU members who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists (total number-under scrutiny) arrived and opened fire on him. As a result, U Maung Lwin was dead from gunshot injuries at the incident, it is reported.
Similarly, at 09:50 PM, U Win Zaw (aka) Jetkok (53 years old), who lived in Motetama Town in Paung Township, Mon State, was driving alone in a Honda Fit motor vehicle from Paung Town to Motetama Town along the Thaton-Mawlamyine District Connected Road. When he arrived near Alal Village, so-called PDF terrorists and an armed insurgent group (under scrutiny), who were waiting for him on the roadside, sneakily opened fire on him. As a result, U Win Zaw (aka) Jetkok was dead from two bullet penetrating injuries on his head and cheek at the incident, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officals and innocent civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
