In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations against administrative officials who are loyal to the State and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 28 October at 09:30 AM, a report stated that U Htein Lin (50 years old), who lived in Htanaungpinlal Village was found dead with gunshot injuries on the roadside of the road leading to Sipin Village and Htanaungpinlal Village dirt road in Natogyi Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Htein Lin was found dead with a bullet penetrating injury through his occiput to left eye and another a bullet penetrating injury through his back to abdomen. The incident was verified that on 27 October at 10:00 PM, U Htein Lin was present in his upland field hut, when so-called PDF terrorists arrived and arrested him. Later, the terrorists opened fire on U Htein Lin, it is reported.
Similarly, on 28 october at 01:15 PM, U Kyaw Tint (65 years old), a Village Administrator of Nyaungoak Village group in Madaya Township, was riding alone his motorcycle to Nyaungoak Village. When he arrived on a road leading to patlalInn Village, two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny), who were riding on a motorcycle behind him, opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Kyaw Tint was dead from three bullet penetrating injuries to his face and chest at the incident, it is reported.
Similarly, at 08:10 PM, U Sai San Aye (36 years old), who lived in Hophai Village of Laihka Township, Shan State (Southern) was present in his house with his family. Upon hearing his name being called outside his house, he went to inspect and found two terrorists (under scrutiny) standing with a motorcycle in front of his house. They opened fire on him before fleeing the scene. As a result, U Sai San Aye was dead from three bullet penetrating injuries to his chest and pubic at the incident, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials and innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
