In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 13 September at 08:00 AM, according to the report that three males were found dead near a low-water bridge located west of the Myingyan-Nyaung-U Road situated approximately three furlongs east of Jotepin Village in Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that three males (under scrutiny) approximately 40-year-old, 20-year-old and 18-year-old men were found dead with gunshot injuries at the incident. Their bodies were transported to the Myingyan District Public Hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Similarly, on 14 September at 07:10 AM, a Village/Ward clerk from the General Administrative Department; U Thet Maung (38) years old, who lives in Zardi Village of Yebyu Township, Tanintharyi Region, was present at the “Daw Ye Soe” tea shop located in the Village, when three so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on two motorcycles and opened fire on him. As a result, U Thet Maung sustained gunshot injuries. Subsequently, the terrorists proceeded to the house of U Kyi Soe (52 years old), who lived in Khaungpyan Village of Yebyu Township, and opened fire on U Kyi Soe. As a result, U Kyi Soe was dead from gunshot injuries. Both the injured individual and the deceased individual were transported to the Kanpauk Circuit Hospital for medical treatment and further examination, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
