In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 14 August at 10:00 AM, according to the report that a man was found dead with injuries near fields located east of Pyitharyar Village in Madaya Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The inspection found that an approximately 40-year-old man (under scrutiny) was found dead with stab and laceration injuries on his neck, chest and legs. His eyes were covered with a piece of Longyi, his mouth was sealed with yellow tape, and his hands were bound behind his back with a nylon rope. The security are continuing their investigating into the case, it is reported.
Similarly, at 11:00 AM, according to the report that a man was found dead with injuries next to the concrete road that connects the Mandalay-Madaya Road to Alpha cement factory located approximately one mile northeast of Thayetkine Village of Patheingyi Township, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The inspection found that an approximately 40-year-old man (under scrutiny) was found dead with stab and laceration injuries on his neck, abdomen, chest and legs. His eyes were covered with a piece of Longyi, his mouth was sealed with yellow tape, and his hands were bound behind his back with a nylon rope. The security are continuing their investigating into the case, it is reported.
Furthermore, at 11:30 AM, a Ward and Village campaigner affiliated with the Union Solidarity and Development Party; U Thaung Myint, 65 years old, who lived in Kyaukaoe Village of Salin Township, Magway Region, was present in his house, when two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived and arrested him. Later, when they arrived on a hill located east of the Village, the terrorists opened fire on U Thaung Myint. As a result, U Thaung Myint was dead from bullet penetrating injuries on his left temple and right elbow at the incident, it is reported.
Likewise, at 09:00 PM, U San Paw, 53 years old, who lived in Thinpyun Village of Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region, was walking along the Myingyan-Natogyi Road, when five male terrorists (under scrutiny), who were riding on three motorcycles, opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U San Paw was dead from two bullets penetrating injuries on his chest and neck at the incident, it is reported.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
