In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations against innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts, using guns and knives, after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 5 November at 11:30 AM, a report stated that two males were dead by two so-called PDF terrorists gunfire on the road leading to a sugar industry in Tangar (north) Village of Kyauksayitkone (south) Village group of Madaya Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Thant Zin Htawy (aka) Maung Htway (36 years old), who lived in No. (4) Ward of Madaya Town, was found dead with a bullet penetrating his forehead through to occiput and Ko Myo Myint Myat (aka) Phoe Tote (20 years old), who also lived in the same Ward, was also found dead with a bullet penetrating from behind his left ear to behind right ear. The incident was verified that, U Thant Zin Htawy (aka) Maung Htway and Ko Myo Myint Myat (aka) Phoe Tote were travelling on a motorcycle from Madaya Town to Tangar (north) Village. When they arrived at the scene, two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) who were riding a motorcycle behind them, opened fire on them accusing them of being “Decoy (Dalan)/ informer”. As a result, they were dead from the aforementioned injuries, it is reported.
Similarly, at 01:50 PM, U Zaw Zaw Aung (47 years old), who lived in Magyikonegyi Village of Myothit Township, Magway Region, was present in his house, when three so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him. Additionally, the terrorists robbed U Zaw Zaw Aung of his motorcycle and two mobile phones before fleeing towards Palinpyargyi Village. As a result, U Zaw Zaw Aung was dead from four bullet penetrating injuries to his forehead, head, neck and chest at the incident, it is reported.
Similarly, at 02:00 PM, a report stated that approximately 20 so-called PDF terrorists arrived at Zayetgyi Village of Taungtha Township, Mandalay Region, using a Light Truck vehicle and two motorcycles. Later, the terrorists threatened the villagers, demanding cash and materials. Additionally, they also arrested U Zaw (aka) Boothee (46 years old), who lived in this Village. Later, when they arrived in front of the Zayetgyi Basic Education High School located on the roadside the Zayetgyi-Ngwethaung Village dirt road, the terrorists killed U Zaw (aka) Boothee. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Zaw (aka) Boothee was found dead with a beheaded injury on that road in front of the school. The deceased body was transported to the Taungtha Township Public Hospital for further examination. Security personnel are continuing counter-terrorism operations along the route where the terrorists retreated, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
