In some Townships, so-called PDF terrorists wantonly killed innocent civilians who live peacefully

     In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts, using guns and knives, after accusing them of “Spy/ Informant/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 19 December at 01:00 PM, a report stated that a male was shot at the junction of Seikgyi Village in Shwedaung Township, Bago Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Myo Naing Oo (aka) Kayin (42 years old), who lives in Chaukaeitan Village in the Phankharpin Village Group of Monyo Township, had sustained two bullet penetrating injuries. One to his right cheek, and the other had struck his cervical area. The incident was verified that on the same day around 1240 PM, U Myo Naing Oo (aka) Kayin had left home alone on his motorcycle, en route to Seikgyi Village to purchase a cow. Three terrorists (under scrutiny) riding a motorcycle behind him, opened fire on him. Consequently, as his motorcycle toppled to the ground, the terrorists robbed his bag containing MMK 20 lakhs before fleeing. As a result, U Myo Naing Oo (aka) Kayin sustaining the aforementioned injuries and was transported to a Military Hospital in Shwedaung Town for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 06:00 PM, U Soe Min Aung (33 years old), who lived in Kyatmhawynhot Village of Kanchaung Village Group in Sinpaungwe Township, was harvesting rice grains in a field located west of his house when seven so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny), arrived on three motorcycles and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Soe Min Aung was dead from gunshot injuries during the incident, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 08:45 PM, a report stated that a male was found dead with gunshot injuries at the outskirts of Santaungkwaet Village in Minhla Township, Bago Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Tin Oo (47 years old), who lived in Sanbote Village was dead from two bullet penetrating injuries; one to his forehead and another to his neck. The deceased was transported to Sitkwin Circuit Hospital for further examination. The incident remains under investigation, it is reported.
     Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
