Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 11 October at 04:20 PM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire at the “Fatty” tea shop located in Aungtharyar (2) area of Mhawsisar Village in Hpakant Township, Kachin State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Aung Myint Thein (40 years old), who lived in this Village, was present in his “Fatty” tea shop, when a KIA member who support terrorism and two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Aung Myint Thein was dead from a bullet penetrating injury through his left temple to right temple and another bullet penetrating injury through his parietal region to occiput, it is reported.
Likewise, on 12 October at 06:45 AM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire in No. (1) Ward of Thegon Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Soe Aung (60 years old), who lived in this Village, was shopping at the Thegon Myoma market, when a so-called PDF terrorist (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Soe Aung was dead from a bullet penetrating injury through his occiput and a bullet penetrating injury through his left upper ear, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
