In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations against innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts, using guns and knives, after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 1 December at 07:00 AM, a report stated that on 30 November at 07:30, U Win Shwe (57 years old) and his wife Daw Kyi Aye (52 years old), who both lived in Khoetpinseit Village of Taungoo Township, Bago Region, were present in their house along with their three children. At that time, six so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived and forced to U Win Shwe and Daw Kyi Aye to kneel down on the ground in front of their house. Subsequently, the terrorists opened fire on U Win Shwe and Daw Kyi Aye. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Win Shwe was dead from three bullet penetrating injuries to his head, left eye and chest as well as Daw Kyi Aye was also dead a bullet penetrating injury under her chin. The deceased bodies were transported to the Taungoo Township Public Hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Similarly, on 1 December at 08:30 AM, U Hla Mying (45 years old), who lived in Magyisan Village of Paunde Township, Bago Region, was present in his house, when five so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on three motorcycles and opened fire on him. As a result, U Hla Mying was dead from two bullet penetrating injuries to his chest and abdomen during the incident, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
