In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 5 October at 07:30 AM, according to the report that a male and female were found dead with gunshot injures in No.(4) Ward of Myawaddy Township, Kayin State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found Ko Than Htike Aung (34 years old) along with his wife Ma Hnin Hnin Wai (21 years old), who both lived in this Ward, were found dead with gunshot injuries in their apartment. Their deceased bodies were transported to the Myawaddy District Public Hospital for further examination in order to open a case file, it is reported.
Similarly, at 10:00 AM, according to the report that two males were found dead with injures to the west of the Pyitharyar Village entrance road in Madaya Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that approximately 43-year-old man (under scrutiny) was found dead, with his hand tied behind his back with a rope, bearing a laceration injury to his neck and three stabbing injuries to his right cheek, right chest and right knee. Additionally, approximately 45-year-old man (under scrutiny) was found dead, with his hand tied behind his back with a rope, suffering from a crushed injury to his head and two stabbing injuries under his right ear and neck. Their deceased bodies were transported to the Madaya Township Public Hospital for further examination in order to open a case file, it is reported.
Similarly, at 11:15 AM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire on the east bank of the Ayarawaddy River located approximately one mile west of Pattar Village of Myingyan Township, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Naing Oo (50 years old), who lived in Tharpaung Village of Myingyan Township, had gone alone for fishing in the Ayarawaddy River but did not return home. Therefore, his family began searching for him. When his family arrived at the incident, they discovered his dead body with gunshot injuries. The deceased body was transported to the Myingyan District Public Hospital for further examination in order to open a case file, it is reported.
Similarly, at 01:30 PM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire near the signboard of Pharpyin Village located at the exist of Saijar Village in Hpakant Township, Kachin State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U San Myint (45 years old), who lived in Mhawwun Ward of Hpakant Township, was selling snacks at the incident, when two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him by accusing him of being a “Decoy (Dalan)/ Informer” before fleeing. As a result, U San Myint was dead from four bullet penetrating injuries; one to his chest, one to his right temple and two to his neck, it is reported.
Similarly, at 02:15 PM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire at the “Tun Oo” petrol station located in Mamone Village of Hpakant Township, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Chit Ye Tun (29 years old), who lived in Yadanarmyaesarpon Area (2) of Mhawwun Ward in Hpakant Township, was leaving the petrol station after filling petrol to his motorcycle, when two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him by accusing him of being a “Decoy (Dalan)/ Informer” before fleeing. As a result, U Chit Ye Tun was dead from three bullet penetrating injuries; one to his right eye, two to his right chest and arm, in addition to a laceration injury on his chin, it is reported.
Similarly, at 06:25 PM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire in Yaeshin Village of Mogaung Township, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found Village Administrator U Hla Tun (56 years old), who lived in this Village, was sitting at a table in front of his house, when KIA members who support terrorism and three so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived in an AD Van vehicle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Hla Tun was dead from two bullet penetrating injuries; one through his left shoulder blade to right armpit and another through his left waist to left abdomen, it is reported.
Likewise, at 08:45 PM, according to the report that a male was dead and a female was injured by gunfire on the Ayetharyar road in Setyonesu Ward of Sittwe Township, Rakhine State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found U Tin Maung Sein (61 years old) along with his daughter Daw Thar Hnin (35 years old), who both live in this Ward, were present in their home-based shop, when two terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived and opened fire on them before fleeing. As a result, U Tin Maung Sein was dead from two bullet penetrating injuries; one to his occiput and another to his abdomen, while Daw Thar Hnin sustained two bullet penetrating injuries to her left arm and left thigh. She was transported to the Sittwe Township Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Security personnel Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
