In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns against administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 30 September at 10:35 AM, according to the report that two males were killed, and another male was injured when a three-wheeled motorcycle and two motorcycles were destroyed by setting fire on the Taungoo-Latetho Road near Nanttharkone Village of Taunggoo Twonship, personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that Ko Ye Lwin Oo (29 years old) and Ko Bo Win (aka) Bo Bo Win (30 years old), who both lived in Kunpin Village of Taungoo Township, were found dead with stabbing, slashing and gunfire injuries while Mg Khun Shwe Kying (20 years old), who lives in Tapyay Village of Taungoo Township, sustained a stabbing injury on his left femur and a broken left femur. Additionally, their three-wheeled motorcycle and two motorcycles were discovered burned. The incident was verified that, at night of on 29 September, the above-mentioned individuals, along with Ko Naing Win (aka) Kalar and Ko Lukar (aka) Kalar, who both live in Kunpin Village, were returning from Pyarsakhan Village of Thantaunggyi Township, Kayin State, to their Villages along the Taungoo-Latetho Road. When they arrived at the incident on the same day at 11:50 PM, a collaborative group of approximately 15 individuals from KNU members who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists, opened fire on them. As their motorcycles fell to the ground, the terrorists stabbed and slashed them with knives. Fortunately, Ko Naing Win (aka) Kalar and Ko Lukar (aka) Kalar managed to escape. The injured Mg Khun Shwe Kying was transported to the Taunggoo District Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Similarly, on 30 September at 12:10 PM, U Soe Aung (54 years old), who lives in Seingyi Village of Ye Township, along with Daw Tin Win (77 years old), who also lives in the same Village and his uncle U Ba Aye (80 years old), who lives in Aeishay Village, were travelling in a MON-5 2L/XXXX Bongo vehicle from Kyaung Village to Thingangyun Village. When they reached near Kyaukmichaung (south) Village, five so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) recklessly opened fire with small weapons on them. As a result, U Soe Aung was dead from gunshot injuries at the incident while U Ba Aye sustained gunshot injuries to his neck, left arm, back and right knee. He is currently receiving medical care in Ye District Public Hospital, it is reported.
Similarly, at 09:10 PM, U Kyaw Soe (56 years old), who lived in No. (2) Ward of Daedaye Town, Ayeyarwady Region, was returning home on his motorcycle from the “Brother” tea shop located in No. (1) Ward along Lanmadaw Road, when a male terrorist (under scrutiny), who was standing with a motorcycle at the corner of Lanmadaw street and Sakarwah street located in No. (1) Ward, opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Kyaw Soe sustained five bullet penetrating injuries to his abdomen and two bullet penetrating injuries to his right elbow and femur. He was transported to the Daedaye Township Public Hospital for medical treatment. Unfortunately, he was dead from his injuries during the incident while receiving medical care, it is reported.
Security Personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
