In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations against innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts, using guns and knives, after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 9 December at 10:00 AM, a report stated that a male was dead by gunfire in Htantaw Ward of Monywa Township, Sagaing Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Myo Min Htike (aka) Min Min (31 years old), who lived in Myawaddy Ward of Monywa Township, was at the “Ngway Zin Yaw” cold drink shop, when two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on two motorcycles and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Myo Min Htike (aka) Min Min was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Similarly, at 12:50 PM, a report stated that a male was found dead with injuries in the gutter along the Kyauktan Village and Kyaukyaetwin Village road in Paung Township, Mon State. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Mhat Gyi (aka) Myo Min Tun (45 years old), who lived in Yinnyein (north) Village of Paung Township, was found dead from gunshot injuries within the gutter. The deceased body was transported to the Yinnyein Circuit Hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Likewise, at 02:30 PM, a report stated that a male was found dead with injuries in the cemetery of Latkaunggyi Village in Madaya Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that an approximately 45-year-old male (under scrutiny) was dead from gunshot injuries to his head and chest at that location. The deceased body was transported to the Madaya Township Public Hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Likewise, at 04:40 PM, a report stated that a female was dead with injuries at the public rest-house within a cemetery located west of Kantaw Village in Salin Township, Magway Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that Daw Lae Lae Soe (55 years old), who lived in Zayma Ward of Salin Town, was dead from a fractured occiput, a laceration on her left cheek and gunshot injuries to her left shoulder. The deceased body was transported to the Sinphyukhun Circuit Hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
