In Taungtha Township, terrorists shot and killed a revered Buddhist monk, causing the untimely death of this sacred figure cherished by the Buddhist people of Myanmar

      Terrorist organizations are carrying out acts of sabotage within the country, as well as launching heavy weapons and dropping bombs using drones attacks, targeting and destroying religious buildings and monasteries that are sacred to Buddhist Myanmar people, while also abducting and brutally killing the Buddhist monks, it is found that heartbreakingly.
       Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 17 June at 05:00 AM, a monk U Zawtika (aka) U Zaw Min Naing, 51 years old and 9 years as a monk (Father) U San Shwe, who lives in Yaewon monastery located in No. (6) Ward of Taungtha Township, Mandalay Region, was leaving alone in a YGN-RLG/xxxx TERIOS KID motor vehicle from the Yaewon monastery. When he arrived at the entrance of Htanpinkan Village, six males (under scrutiny) on three motorcycles forcibly halted the vehicle and proceeded to shoot, stab, and slash the monk. As a result, U Zawtika (aka) U Zaw Min Naing passed away from gunfire injuries and lacerations at the scene, it is reported.
       As a result of these acts of terrorism, 71 Buddhist monks and one nun in the state have passed away, and the security forces are diligently conducting search operations and implementing area lockdowns to apprehend and bring to justice the individuals responsible for the aforementioned incident, it is reported.
