In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against non-CDM staff after forcibly pressuring civil service personnel who are loyal to the State to join CDM as well as others who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 14 June at 10:30 AM, according to the report that two men were found dead with injuries beside the Mandalay-Bhamo Road located between Latpankone Village and Salzinkone Village in Thabeikkyin Township of Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that approximately eight so-called PDF terrorists arrested U Maung Thaung, 57 years old (Father) U Chit Tun, who lived in Latpankone Village, and U Han Nyunt, 57 years old (Father) U Phoe Kyaung, who lived in Salzinkone Village, from their respective houses by accusing them being “Decoy (Dalan)”. Later, when they arrived between mileposts 33/7 and 34/4 of the Madalay-Bahmo Road, the terrorists stabbed and slashed U Maung Thaung and U Han Nyunt with knives. As a result, U Maung Thaung and U Han Nyunt were dead from knives injuries, it is reported.
Similarly, at 12:15 PM, according to the report that a woman was dead by gunfire on the central road of Thusoe Village in Natogyi Township, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Ma Khin Yu Yu Nwe (aka) Shan Ma, 29 years old (Fahter) U Than Nyunt, who lived in Myinni Village, along with her daughter Ma Thae Phyu Sin Aung, four years old (Father) U Win Naing Aung, were selling goods on her motorcycle in the Thusoe Village, when four male terrorists (under scrutiny) who were riding on a motorcycle behind her, opened fire on her before fleeing. As a result, Ma Khin Yu Yu Nwe (aka) Shan Ma was dead from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Similarly, on 15 June at 10:05 AM, according to the report that a man was found dead with injuries beside the edge of Khayae road located south of Myoma market in No. (3) Ward of Lechar Township, Southern Shan State, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that an approximately 30-year-old man (under scrutiny), wearing blue shirt and jean pant, was found dead with gunshot injuries, and his body was transported to the Lechar Township Public hospital for further examination, it is reported.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
