Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 3 October at 11:45 AM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire in KyarBan Village of Thaton Township, Mon State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Win Naung (54 years old), who lived in this Village, was selling goods in his home-based grocery shop, three so-called PDF (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Win Naung was dead from bullet penetrating injuries to his left temple and right cheek, it is reported.
Similarly, on 4 October at 09:20 AM, according to the report that a male was dead by gunfire in Monywa Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Aye Myat (51 years old), who lived in Nandawun Ward of Monywa Town, was driving alone in his Lead-colored 7I/XXXX HONDA Fit vehicle from the collocate office located in this Ward, along the Pyidaungsu Road. When he arrived near the “ShweThein” engine oil shop located near the home for the aged roundabout, three so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) who were waiting for him on the right side of the road, opened fire on him. As a result, U Aye Myat was dead from gunshot injuries on his right parietal bone and back, it is reported.
Security personnel are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
