In some townships of States and Regions, armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, grenades, home-made mines and IEDs against non-CDM staff after forcibly pressuring civil service personnel who are loyal to the State to join CDM as well as others who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Decoy (Dalan)” to make administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 25 April at 02:00 PM, according to the report that a man was dead by gunfire near Saewartaw Village of Yaedashe Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U Tin San, 66 years old, (Father) U Tun Hla, who lived in Sepine Village, was in his house with his family, when five male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on two motorcycles and arrested him. When they arrived at the scene, the terrorists opened fire on him and robbed his HONDA 100 motorcycle and two mobile phones. As a result, U Tin San was dead from gunshot injuries at the scene, it is reported.
Similarly, at 05:30 PM, according to the report that a man sustained injuries by gunfire on the upper end of Sayaetan Street in Phayargyi Ward of Monywa Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Ko Htet Yi, 22 years old, (Father) U Aung Nyo Oo, who lives in this Ward, was leaving alone his house on a motorcycle for shopping, and when he arrived at the scene, three so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny), driving a white Type-Mark II vehicle, approached from behind and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, Ko Htet Yi sustained gunshot injuries and was transported to the Monywa Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Similarly, 09:30 PM, according to the report that a man sustained injuries by gunfire in Hlwasin Village of Ywarngan Township, Southern Shan State, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that U Phoe Ngwe, 60 years old, (Father) U Chit Min, who lives in this Village, was walking in his house yard, when two male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Phoe Ngwe sustained gunshot injuries and was transported to a military hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Similarly, 09:30 PM, U Myo (aka) Myo Myint Aung, 53 years old, (Father) U Sein Maung, along with his wife Daw Hla and his granddaughter Ma Thun Set, seven years old, who all live in Saedaw-U Village of Gyobingauk Township, Bago Region, were in their house, when a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number - under scrutiny) arrived and opened fire on them. As a result, U Myo (aka) Myo Myint Aung was dead from gunshot injuries at the scene, while Daw Hla and Ma Thun Set sustained gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
