Innocent Civilian Injured in Drone Bomb Attack on Village by terrorists

     Insurgents committing terrorist activities have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 30 September, 2024 at 9:00 AM, a report stated that a woman with shrapnel injuries had arrived at Township Public Hospital in Phyu Township of Bago Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital for further investigation, it was discovered that the victim was Daw Aye Aye Win (50 years old), a resident of Sin Tal Kone Village. The incident occurred when a group of KNU members, who support terrorism, along with so-called PDF terrorists conducted a drone attack, dropping bombs on the victim’s village. The bombs exploded within the village, resulting in her injuries, it is reported.
     Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians are killed and injured. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
