Innocent Civilian Injured in Drone Bomb Attack on Village by Terrorists 

    Terrorists have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
    Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 9 September, 2024 at 6:10 PM, a report stated that a woman with shrapnel injuries had arrived at Kyauktaga Township Public Hospital in Bago Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital for further investigation, it was discovered that the victim was Daw Gaw Phe (54 years old), a resident of Phyan Ta Lin Village in Kyauktaga Township. The incident occurred when a so-called PDF terrorist group conducted a drone attack, dropping bombs on the victim’s village. The bombs exploded within the village resulting in the victim sustaining shrapnel injuries, it is reported. 
    Due to the heinous acts of armed insurgents and terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians including monks are injured. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
