Innocent Civilian Injured in Heavy Weapon Attack on Village by terrorists

      Insurgents committing terrorist activities have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 2 November, 2024 at 3:45 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group fired heavy weapons into Ywar Thit Village in Natmauk Township of Magway Region. One of the heavy weapon shells exploded within the village. As a result, Ma Khine Khin Oo (17 years old) and resident of the village, sustained shrapnel injuries and was transported to Meiktila Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
      Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians are killed and injured. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
